	1. Starting position. Instants or hidari hanmi

	2. Mae ukemi is an insurance forward head over heels... As well as Ushiro ukemi, it is executed on a forward leg..., i.e. What ahead the leg, through a hand of the same party is made the insurance. From kamae start to be inclined forward thus...

	3. ... That the forward hand (having developed in a palm the big finger downwards) has been directed to fingers back...

	4. ... And the "back" hand (fingers forward) fell a palm on a floor...

	5. In result you come in " control position " in which is checked: 1. as far as well you rest a basic (back) hand against a floor. 2. position of a forward hand; - she should not be bent in an elbow. 3. position of a head which should be allocated aside a basic hand that the insurance was carried out not through a neck, and on a forward hand through a shoulder...

	6. From this position the inclination of the case forward on a forward direct hand begins. Movement should be made on a straight line! Pay attention to such moment: The shoulder of a forward hand should fall on a line formed by position of your legs.

	7. During execution of the insurance your case should make a single whole... A certain armour, a skeleton... The body should not be languid and at the same time too much intense...

	8. The head should not concern a floor at all! Making somersault , the back leg is bent in a knee and drawn in to the case...

	9. Look after that you "did not fight" in area small shovel and a waist... If it occurs, the grouping is made by you incorrectly...

	10. If all have been made correctly " the output from the insurance " is carried out by easy movement... With it you will be helped by active movement of hands and legs... Also during this moment the grouping of a back leg is checked: - If there is an impact about a floor with external the parties of a knee or shin the grouping is executed incorrectly...

	2. Ushiro ukemi is an insurance back head over heels... As well as Mae ukemi, it is executed on a forward leg..., i.e. - what ahead the leg, through a hand of the same party is made the insurance. Movement of the insurance begins with tap of a back leg back...

	3. The leg falls on a floor a knee... Pay attention to statement stops...

	4. Having lowered on a knee look after that the back leg was approximately under 90 hailstones. Concerning a line of attack... Hands are in the rack...

	5. From this position, not changing position of hands, start to sit down on a floor...

	6. ... You should sit down so that the back leg was approximately under a knee of a forward leg... To sit down on a back leg it is impossible! You should sit on a floor.

	7. From this position performance of the basic movement of the insurance Ushiro ukemi

	8. ... The move of a forward leg Is made back...

	9. Both hands are brought to a shoulder of that hand through which the insurance is executed...

	10. - the Forward leg, not concerning a knee of a floor, is put by small pillows of fingers on a floor... - Both hands lean about a floor near a shoulder... - The head should not concern a floor.

	11. If straightening of a back leg has been executed correctly...

	12. ... That "will practically bear" you from the insurance on rise... And pushing away by hands from a floor will have formal character... If to waves movement of legs and a deviation of the case have been executed insufficiently actively, you back: 1. will lose balance... 2. will hit a knee or a head about a floor... 3. or "will very hardly be wrung out" from a floor rising upward...
