Seminar Fees:

$170 for entire weekend.

$100 Rubles for one full day

Dinner is paid separately – $50 per person
Please mention dinner option in your registration. If joining, please indicate meal preferences – meat or fish.


Requirements:

1. Registration is possible on individual or group basis. The attached Application Form (Excel) has to be filled and e-mailed to senkaidojo@gmail.com.
Message Subject: «Registration to February Seminar from…».

If registration is done via organization then each participant’s full name is to be shown in separate row.
Please provide valid contact details to avoid registration issues.

Registration is open till 15 January 2013. Space is limited…


2. EACH PERSON has to print out, fill, sign Release of Liability Form and submit it along with payment.
